Sealed tenders, in duplicate and clearly marked shall be submitted to:

and must be received no later than:
Tuesday, August 24, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. (Local Time).

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the Committee
Room of the Civic Centre.

Information and documents relating to this Tender, are available
at the Information Desk, Fort Frances Civic Centre, 320 Portage

A non-refundable deposit of $25.00 is
required for each set of contract documents. Cheques shall be made
payable to Engineering Northwest Ltd.

The work generally consists of the installing a cast in place concrete
loading ramp and associated site works including granular, asphalt
paving, fencing and culvert in Fort Frances. A site visit has been
scheduled for August 12, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. local time starting at the
Operations Building on the corner of Wright and 5th Streets.
Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.

The Town reserves the right to reject any or all tenders, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and to award the Contract in the best interest of
the Town in its sole and unfettered discretion.

The accepted Tender must be approved by Council.
