The Operations and Facilities Division of the Town of Fort Frances is responsible for the operation and maintenance of Public Works, Airport, Parks and Cemeteries, Landfill Site, Recycling/Refuse Collection, Water Treatment Plant,
Waste Water Treatment Plant, Sanitary and Storm Sewers, Water Distribution System, Engineering Department, GIS Data Base, Roads, Transportation, Winter Control and Fleet Maintenance.
